East Belfast Enterprise tenant Triangle Progression to Employment Service is helping people take positive steps towards sustained employment, with a new Employment Academy offering a direct route into roles with The Range at Boucher Road, Belfast.
The team is preparing to launch its Accelerate into Employment Academy, designed to support people who are currently out of the workplace by giving them the practical skills, confidence and preparation needed to make the move back into employment.
As part of the latest Academy, participants will have the opportunity to prepare for a number of roles currently available at The Range, including:
- Customer Service roles of approximately 20–30 hours
- Warehouse roles of approximately 30 hours
- Till duties
Building confidence and creating real opportunities
The Accelerate into Employment Academy goes beyond simply highlighting available vacancies. Participants will receive a package of training and support aimed at helping them feel better prepared for the recruitment process and for starting work.
Crucially, participants who complete the programme will also receive a guaranteed interview with The Range, providing a clear pathway from training into a genuine employment opportunity.
Support does not end once someone secures a role. Triangle Academy will also provide an in-work support package, helping participants make the transition into sustained employment and giving them additional support as they settle into their new position.
Supporting people into sustainable employment

By combining practical training, confidence building and direct engagement with employers, the programme gives participants the chance to develop valuable skills while working towards a tangible employment outcome.
