The family-run company, founded by Wayne Adair back in 1999, has just announced that three of its most popular artisan cordials have been picked up by Dunnes Stores as part of their Simply Better premium product range – a massive step forward for this homegrown brand.
The cordials selected for the Simply Better shelves are:
- Ginger – a warming classic with a proper kick
- Winterberry – rich, fruity, and perfect for the season
- Clove – spiced and aromatic, ideal for both sipping and mixing
Each bottle is handcrafted using the finest ingredients and is bursting with flavour – something Papa’s fans have loved for years, whether they’re enjoying their cordials hot on a winter’s night or as a refreshing mixer in the warmer months.

We’ve been lucky to watch Papa’s journey unfold from their base here at East Belfast Enterprise, and we know how much hard work, passion, and perseverance has gone into building the brand. They’ve stuck to their roots, championed traditional methods, and never compromised on flavour.
