Media & Marketing Director with 30+ years of experience advising, planning, buying media for Northern Ireland’s biggest advertisers. From a solid background of media sales (Belfast Telegraph, Century Newspapers and UTV) Tony progressed to Media Director McCann Erickson Europe and Navigator Blue Belfast. Currently Strategic Media Partner/Advisor to NI Government Advertising Unit (for 12 years). Also, currently President of the Publicity Association NI and Past Chair CIM NI (MCIM) and Honorary Member of Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (MIPA). Recently completed CIM Digital Marketing courses (6) and OU MBA. Regular commentator and contributor to media and organisation’s on all media issues, supporter and friend to Ofcom for many years.
Tony was educated and is resident in East Belfast with a commitment to using his experience and relevant training to make a positive contribution to the mission of East Belfast Enterprise.
